how to use other fonts on a wiki
There is a fixed set of truetype fonts that are common to all systems (Mac and Windows and other OS) and browsers. They are known as websafe fonts. Any font used in the creation of a page, MUST BE INSTALLED ON THE PAGE VIEWER'S SYSTEM ALSO, for the fonts to display at all or else the browser will default to one of the websafe fonts.
Here is a list of websafe fonts
Andale Mono;Arial ;Comic Sans ;Courier New ;Georgia ;Impact ;Times New Roman ;Trebuchet ;Verdana ;Webdings Webdings.
The fonts listed above that are not on Wetpaint list of available fonts will be the only fonts added in the future, unless there is major agreement of ALL operating systems to supply more Truetype fonts to the existing list of websafe fonts.

The best way to jazz up your wiki is to take all your fixed text and convert them to graphics, then as a page creator you can use any font you want. Take a screenshot of your text in your editor, crop it, upload it to your wiki.
See examples of what I am talking about here.

how to link to a defnition (or just part of a site)May I suggest making your definitions into graphics and then creating a page that will hold all your definition graphics. I call my pages like this a Paint Bucket or Container Page. Upload your graphics to the container page and save the page into as Uncatergorized page. Then you can copy the url for each definition graphic (right-clicking on graphic and selecting properties will give you the URL for that graphic). Now create a link to the word or phrase you want to define using the graphic url. The graphic will open in a new window.
Use the above replies on how to make your text into graphics.
Now to get to your Container page, go to Updates - Pages- and select Uncategorized and you will see the container page listed there.
I use this method for definitions and also for enlarging photos from a smaller thumbnail on page.
For examples and instructions you can visit my wiki and look at what I call Paint Buckets
